For this project, Osmoz 3D was asked to print a saxophone mouthpiece. A first attempt in FDM revealed excessive deformation, incompatible with the required shape and finish. We therefore switched production to SLA resin, better suited to the expected precision. This change of strategy produced a faithful, clean part, perfectly functional for the acoustic test.
Osmoz 3D regularly makes clips that hold rods in place while concrete is poured. After a few design adjustments, the part was optimised to print without supports, enabling smooth, reliable production. Runs range from 500 to 2,500 units, printed using leftover filament spools to limit material waste. A concrete example of useful, well-controlled and eco-responsible 3D printing.
From an order placed on our website, Osmoz 3D took the initiative to call the client to better understand their fork-handle test project. The exchange made it possible to adjust the initial order to better meet their technical constraints. This proactive dialogue led to a successful first test, with a client happy with the service and the part — to the point of considering future trials for other products.

Osmoz 3D was asked to urgently produce a small run of 500 furniture-leg caps, to offset the overly long lead times of a usual supplier. Despite the tight timing, preliminary tests were run to ensure the parts held and fitted well. Thanks to our responsiveness and the flexibility of 3D printing, the client kept their schedule without interruption, with compliant parts delivered on time.
For this express project, Osmoz 3D printed a two-tone mascot figurine, intended as a gift. The challenge: quickly adapt the 3D model to make it printable, while ensuring an accurate result despite the many colour changes via an AMS system. Thanks to our responsiveness and technical standards, the result lived up to it: a polished look, a successful print, and a fully satisfied client — both with the quality of the part and with the attentive follow-up and our persistence in finding the right solutions.
Osmoz 3D produced an air-vent cap in a very small run, on a short deadline and in an imposing format (500 x 500 x 500 mm). Two parts were printed to fulfil the order, with different strategies depending on the desired trade-off. A first version, printed upside down, limited supports but looked rougher. The second, printed the right way up despite a large amount of supports, offered a noticeably cleaner finish. An agile solution for a one-off, technical need.
As part of a replacement, Osmoz 3D reproduced a surfboard fin in a resistant material suited to use in water. The goal: offer a part equivalent to the original, as reliable as it is effective. The result fully met expectations: the fin fits perfectly, with a clean finish and ideal strength to face sessions at sea.
For a retirement gift, Osmoz 3D designed a custom box to package a 3D print. The client's wish: offer a unique, polished gift, ready to hand over, without having to deal with packaging. We adapted the format and finishes to showcase the printed object, providing a turnkey solution. The result: an elegant, practical and perfectly fitted box that added a final touch to the personalised gift.
Osmoz 3D was asked to produce a pastry mould depicting a detailed bear, intended for artistic pastry creations. The goal was to keep as much fineness as possible for a demanding visual result. We ran several orientation and support-optimisation tests to preserve the critical details. The result: a precise mould, suited to culinary use, that meets the client's aesthetic expectations.
As part of the Sansa project, Osmoz 3D stepped in on an ad-hoc basis to adapt a part that couldn't be made as it was. With the usual designer on leave, the project lead called on our expertise to rework the model. We adjusted the design to allow a small run to be manufactured on time. A targeted intervention that kept the project moving without a production break.
To create a custom giveaway, Osmoz 3D laser-cut a plywood keyring featuring an artist's logo. The main challenge lay in the fineness of the design, which required great precision despite the small size of the object. The result fully met expectations: a light, legible and elegant keyring, with marking faithful to the original artwork. The artist declared herself very satisfied with the final result.
Starting from a wood-lathe model, Osmoz 3D designed a pencil-sharpener holder inspired by the look of a chuck. The initial idea, provided by the client, proved too complex to print in small format. We therefore rethought the model to simplify the shapes while keeping the original spirit, and to integrate the sharpener directly. Given as a retirement gift, the object combines usefulness, originality and a nod to the recipient's trade.
For the PCB Création house, Osmoz 3D printed a complex moulding support on an Easter theme, depicting a chick with many details. The part not only had to be aesthetically precise, but also fit perfectly into a machine, with strict shape constraints. Thanks to our command of technical constraints and our responsiveness, we delivered a solid, faithful part on time. The final result contributed to a visually successful pastry creation for the holidays.
