What kind of loyalty are we talking about?
Bespoke 3D printing projects are often one-off. Loyalty does not stem from the service, but from a conscious choice: coming back is a choice, not an obligation. It is played out afresh in each new context, without any prior commitment.
The figures, as a benchmark
In 2025, Osmoz 3D supported 83 clients across 197 projects. 36% of clients called on us more than once, with an average of 2.37 projects per client. These figures are not targets: loyalty is a consequence of the work carried out, never an end in itself.
What it changes in the work
- A better understanding of how things are used, in their real context
- Fewer assumptions, more precision: we build on what is known and tested
- A trust that allows for bolder proposals
On the project side
A continuity that avoids needless disruption, finer iterations thanks to feedback from use, and solutions that grow more robust over time. A loyalty built together: the client brings their knowledge of the field, we bring the technical analysis.
What loyalty is not
Not an implicit expectation, not a fixed relationship, not an obligation: each project remains unique. Loyalty can only exist when it is free — that is what preserves a balanced relationship. We are simply grateful to see it grow.
